An exciting claim has been made about the cast of Christopher Nolan’s 2023 film Oppenheimer. Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr are reportedly in the film, according to Deadline. However, there has been no official announcement yet.
Christopher Nolan’s newest film, Tenet, one of the most distinctive screenwriters and directors in modern cinema, was released in the summer of 2020. Nolan, who became a particularly important figure in the sci-fi genre by avoiding linearity in storytelling, is now working on his new film ‘Oppenheimer’.
Since Oppenheimer’s first appearance, we’ve already learned a lot about the film, heard allegations. One newly unearthed allegation concerns the film’s cast. Matt Damon and Robert Downey Jr are currently being interviewed for a spot on the roster.
Neither of them has yet been released.
We’ve already learned that the film’s cast will be cast, especially Irish actress Cillian Murphy, who rose to fame with peaky blinders. Murphy also appeared in 2010’s Inception, written and directed by Christopher Nolan. Now it’s about Robert Downey jr, who is remembered for his role as Iron Man, and Matt Damon, who previously starred in Nolan’s Interstellar. Neither player, however, has yet to comment.
Oppenheimer, which will be released in 2023, will be produced by Emma Thomas and Charles Roven along with Nolan. Based on the book ‘American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer’, the film will focus on J. Robert Oppenheimer, the scientist responsible for the invention of the atomic bomb. The film will also be released two weeks before the anniversary of the bombing of Hiroshima.
